When and where do I pick up my order?

Most of our weekly pickups will be at our home bakery on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 4-6. However, pickup times and locations vary weekly, based on events that we may be attending. (Farmer's Markets, Festivals, Pop-Ups, Craft Fairs, etc.)

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Venmo, CashApp, or credit card through our website.

  

What happens to my order if I am unable to pick it up?

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order during our scheduled pickup day and time. Message us if something prevents you from doing this and we will try to work out a better pickup time if necessary. Any order not picked up within 48 hours of the originally scheduled pickup date will be donated to a local business. We are unable to refund or remake orders that are not picked up.

 

Do you offer refunds on pre-paid orders?

We can offer a refund only if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date. Refunds given will be for the purchase amount minus any processing fees incurred.

 

Do you offer delivery?

We are a small home-based bakery, so we are unable to offer deliveries at this time.

 

Do you offer shipping?

We are unable to ship at this time.

 

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

Our products contain and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
